JAC is pleased to announce that the second release of the Performance Recognition Certificate will take place at its annual forum in Shenzhen, China in early 2019. The certificate is awarded to suppliers with an aim to showcase and recognize best-in-class companies on their Corporate Social Responsibility commitment.
Performance Recognition Certificates were introduced last year at JAC annual forum in Guangzhou, China and awarded to 23 companies. All suppliers audited by JAC over the course of 2018 will be entered for this year’s Performance Recognition Certificate.
The Performance Recognition Certificate is based on suppliers’ performance and collaboration during the JAC audit process, corrective action implementation, post corrective action score and JAC audit corrective action platform usage.
- The audit upfront communication process should be less than two months and typically consist of audit notification, site assessment questionnaire completion, audit site selection, NDA, audit scheduling etc.
- All corrective actions from JAC audits should be closed by 30 September of the adjacent year.
- All corrective actions need to be managed on the JAC audit corrective action platform.
